6 - Week Grief Group
This therapeutic grief group is for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one. The group will be held in person at the office in Denville. The group meets for six consecutive Wednesdays.
This group provides:
- Opportunities to connect with other grievers
- Time to learn about grief and the grieving process
- A safe space to learn ways to cope and self-care strategies
- An understanding of how to stay connected to your loved one
